Can I travel internationally with it?
Yes — dual voltage 100–240V. Bring a plug adapter for the country; no voltage converter needed.
My iron won't turn on or shows "Err" — what do I do?
Most often the ALCI safety plug has tripped (a standard US safety feature): press Reset on the plug until it clicks, then switch on. "Err" means the protection stopped heating, often from unstable voltage: unplug, wait 60 seconds and use a different wall outlet. Still there? Start a claim and we replace it.
